We're brothers from Srinagar. When we couldn't find real Kashmiri saffron in Delhi — not Irani repackaged, not blended stock — we drove to Pampore and bought direct from the family that grows it. Paddar for the Shilajit. Kupwara for the honey. Nutkash is what happened next.
